The UNLPA is the international, worldwide active NLP-Association.
It was founded by Dr. Wyatt Woodsmall and René Otto Knor and it focuses its orientation on three core areas:
- structured, global knowledge transfer
- continued development of NLP in the business and personal environment
- ethical and professional education
UNLPA aims at connecting NLP Practitioners, NLP Masters, NLP Trainers, NLP Master Trainers from across the globe. Everyone who has an NLP certificate may become a UNLPA member. If you have an NLP certificate, you may become a UNLPA member.

He is the founder and Chief Executive of Advanced Behavioral Modeling Inc.; a training and consulting company with the focus on increasing performance in organizations and individuals through the targeted application of Advanced Behavioral and Learning Techniques. Wyatt is a Modeling expert, Business Consultant and Trainer.
Wyatt Woodsmall is one of the first NLP trainers and has, by means of several models and techniques, significantly influenced and developed NLP. |

René Otto Knor
is responsible for Europe, Africa and Asia
René is the founder and trainer of NLP Akademie. He has, as coach and consultant, accompanied thousands of people in organisations in value management, personal development, sales, communication, conflict management, team development, rhetoric, presentation and leadership competence. He is the youngest NLP Master Trainer, systemic constellations leader, mental trainer, certified “Walk on Coal” trainer; State recognized Life and Social Counselor and Supervisor, Hypnosis trainer, top management and sport coach, lecturer at universities and colleges. He also supports charities and social projects for children and youth.
